After a brief hiatus, its my turn to post in the our blog. This video has been very long in the making even though it was already 95% complete. It was due to one simple reason. Both of us started going to the office again after Movement Control Order has been lifted as the Covid-19 cases reduced dramatically. Too many things in our hands and unfortunately the blog had to take the back seat for some time. But, we are back now! Move posts will be coming from us very soon!
Its a very simple fried chicken recipe with lots of masala thrown in to give an extra oomph factor once its in your mouth. If you have chicken curry already cooked, the fried chicken will definitely compliment it well.
Ingredients :
500gm boneless chicken
To wash the chicken -
1tsp turmeric powder and salt
Marinate (minimum 30 minutes)
Blended rose onions (use 10 onions)
2tbsp ginger AND garlic paste
1 blended tomato
3tbsp chili powder
1tsp crushed cumin seeds
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp meat curry powder
1tsp turmeric powder
2tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin fennel powder
salt
curry leaves
1 sliced onion
1 egg
Preparation Method
Mix the 500gm chicken with 1tsp turmeric powder and salt. Wash it once done.
Add and mix all the marination items and keep it as aside for at least 30 minutes.
Fry the chickens in a hot oil until its golden brown.
It's ready to eat now!
